Bu gün 20 yaşlı İsanın gey olduğu üçün gördüyü təzyiqlərə görə özünə qəsd etməsi haqda xəbər yayıldı. Bu məqaləni ona ithaf edirəm.
İlk dəfə gey olan biri ilə tanışlığım 7 il əvvəl Amerikaya gəldiyim ayda olmuşdu. Adı Aleks idi. Yanımda otururdu, mən ona vurulmuşdum.
O isə bir gün mənə boyfriend-indən danışmağa başladı. Mən çaşdım, başa düşmədim, suallar verdim, o danışdıqca hiddətləndim, inanmadım, inana bilmədim. Mən Aleksin niyə gey olduğunu başa düşmürdüm və başa düşmədiyim bir şeyə görə ona nifrət etmək haqqım yox idi.
Dərsdən çıxıb qaça-qaça məni ən çox başa düşən birisinin yanına qaçdım. Google. Araşdırmağa başladım, sənədli filmlərə baxdım, kitablar oxudum. Bir filmdə beş yaşındakı Maksdan danışılırdı; səhv bədəndə doğulduğu üçün özünə qəsd etməyə çalışmışdı. Anası deyir ki, o maşın yox, barbilərlə oynamaq, saçını uzatmaq, yubka geyinmək istəyirdi, valideynləri onu başa düşmürdü, ondan utanırdılar. Maks belə doğulmuşdu, onun yerində mən də ola bilərdim. Məni dəhşət basdı.
Bəs mən onun yerində olsaydım nə edərdim?
Nyu Yorkdakı dostlarımdan biri gey oğlandır. 2 yaşından hər Hallouin bayramında çəhrayı kostyum geyinmək istəyirdi. Mən onu çox istəyirəm. O tanıdığım ən pozitiv, istiqanlı, yaradıcı adamlardan biridir. Əgər mən istədiyim insanla ailə qura bilirəmsə, niyə o bundan məhrum olmalıdır? Başqasının xoşbəxtliyinə qarışmağa, başqalarını əzməyə nə qədər haqqımız var?
Gey olmaq seçim deyil.
Nyu Yorkda bir neçə ay öncə gey toyları qanuniləşdirildi. Bəzi ekstremistlər buna qarşı qatı çıxışlar etdilər, bəzi dindarlar alçaldıcı sözlər dedilər, mənim isə ağlımda bir sual dolaşırdı: ‘Bəs sən gey doğulsaydın nə edərdin?’
P.S. Azərbaycanda bu gün onlarla (bəlkə də yüzlərlə) cinsi azlıq yaşayır. Çıxıb onların hüquqları üçün mitinq etməyinizi istəmirəm, sadəcə susun… Onları əzməyin, sıxışdırmayın. Bizdən fərqli olan insanlarla birlikdə yaşamağı öyrənməliyik. Sən də fərqlisən, mən də fərqliyəm, hərəmizin bir rəngi var. Gələn dəfə gey olan birinə hörmətsizlik etməzdən əvvəl düşün – Bəs mən gey doğulsaydım nə edərdim?

Teessuf ki, homoseksualligin sebebleri elme melum deyil. Hech neden asili olmayaraq bu insanlara merhemetle yanashmaliyiq.

Bu tamamilə yalnış bir fikirdir. Səhv bədəndə doğulduğunu düşünən və cinisini dəyişmək istən şəxs (transseksual – transgender) adlanır. Let me explain and share it:
1. Gay – is a man, who is proud to be man, doesn’t wanna be woman at all! Please keep in mind, gay man is a man. The only difference is he is attracted to other man, not woman. Take an example of Elton John.
2. Transgender – is a man/woman who wants to change their gender. Man wants to be a woman. You can find many documentaries about transgender people.
3. There are also several types of Gay man like: Masculine, feminine boy, bear, twink etc.
Everywhere around the world, there are still people that they think it’s a mental disorder. Which is Not true. Take an example of Ellen DeGeneres, Tim Cook, or even several politicians. As Shabnam mentioned – you can’t judge something that you don’t about.
Insanlari gunahlandirmag olmaz. Kitabimizda yazilib ki same sex relationship is a sin so really you can’t blame people for upholding their believes BUT it also says you have no right to judge anyone. Only God can judge everyone. So if you chose to hold up one end of your believe in regards to them(gays) you cannot put aside other Gods demands that require you to be respectful and kind to people.
Long story short, just remember that God does NOT make mistakes so you do your part in life and don’t judge others because we all sin every single day and your job is to better yourself everyday not fix or especially belittle someone else.

1. Gadin/heyat yoldashi meselesi – it doesn’t work like that. O vaxtlarda gadina ne hormet var idi ne izzet Gadin bir eshya idi(noone can deny that). God allowed men to marry upto 4 women(with his current wives approval) ONLY if he can financially, mentally and physically afford it. which means he has to treat them equally in every aspect. That being said MEN HAVE TO RESPECT THEIR WOMEN AT ALL TIMES AND BE THEIR GUARDIANS THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF ALLOWING TO MARRY UPTO 4 MEN BECAUSE AS LONG AS THEIR WERE NOT MARRIED THEY WERE AN OBJECT AND SUBJECT FOR RAPE AND SLAVERY. Now n these days thank god women are educated and have rights protecting them as equals .
2.Regarding only Muslims gong to heaven – True statement but YOU are misinterpreting an important factor. Muslim means one that submits to God. It is just an Arabic word for someone a Christian or Jew or anyone else would call righteous person. Which means only good people will go to heaven! Those who blew up Twin Towers WILL BURN IN HELL for killing all those innocent people. True Islam is fully against any harm. Please don’t confuse yourself or others with inaccurate information you had.
3. Qur’anda chadra adinda shey yoxdur. Allah buyurub bize ki gadinlari goruyun never allow anyone to touch or even look at them the with wrong thoughts(rape or abuse) And God told women to dress modestly and to cover those everything that can cause someone to have impure thoughts because there is always gonna be 1 evil person who will try his dirty stuff as soon as he gets his chance. How many innocent kids and adult are being kidnapped everyday(because back in the days it was normal to just grab the girl on the street, rape her and then auction her off)? That could be your sister or your mother or relative or even you. (God forbid!)
And WHOEVER wants to cover themselves completely it is their choice but God set guidelines for modesty and our protection.
Look, God gave us brains and ability to reason and feel. He gave us the brain so we can apply his laws not just the way its written but in compliance with all his laws. God forbid humans to have same sex relationship right( in every book)? But who are we to carry out God’s actions? Who are we to harm someone just because of their wrong doing(We all sin but in different ways)? WE all will answer in front of God one day for our actions. So if someone is gay that’s their sin WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE THEM. FOR HUMAN JUDGING AN OTHER HUMAN IS A SIN IN THE EYES OF GOD!

Just clarification: “you cannot put aside other demands of God that require you to be respectful and kind to people”
That being said I believe gay people should be considerate towards other people, and their religion. Not asking them to hide in the closet and never come out but at least restrain yourself from acting vulgarly and some people don’t want to expose their kids to sex and any other things associated with it. Now imagine how outraged people must be in relatively religious countries.
Maybe I’m wrong but if everyone showed just a little respect and compassion then world would be better place
